There are times in many Fingerprint Bureaux, when the staffing level on a day to day basis is not sufficient to process the expected daily workloads, this can be caused by sickness, annual leave or a major crime. As only one of these can be planned, what happens when the ‘perfect storm’ scenario hits and all three possibilities happen at the same time?
